My Book
Over the last few years I’ve been told I should write my own book so I’ve been putting together a bit of a life story and a few details of where I’ve been and what’s been going on. It’s been a great experience to go through my life and pull up some of the great feelings I’ve had and try to express them. I’m really excited for this book to come to life as a tool, with some motivation to share, to help us have better days. Woo hoo!
My memoir is to be published later this year.
