Alongside her work with Silverback Tarzan, Tara is a fully qualified Alexander Technique teacher with a background in hypnotherapy and equine therpy, based in Portslade (Brighton & Hove).
She works one-to-one with people who want to move more freely and live with less pain, tension and stress. Her approach is calm, embodied and practical, supporting both physical ease and nervous system regulation.

My Book
Over the last few years I’ve been told I should write my own book so I’ve been putting together a bit of a life story and a few details of where I’ve been and what’s been going on. It’s been a great experience to go through my life and pull up some of the great feelings I’ve had and try to express them. I’m really excited for this book to come to life as a tool, with some motivation to share, to help us have better days. Woo hoo!
My memoir is to be published later this year.
