We’ll take the day as it comes and work round what we’d like to do. 
Options include:
Training in the Silverback Garden
Stimulate your own disciplined supercharge. Heat up, grow strength and verbalise to create your world. Music, breathing, focus and playfulness - bring out your animal self. 
Sauna & Cold plunge
Build resilience from the Arctic to the Sahara.
The King’s Feast 
Meat, fish or eggs, porridge, loads of colours and live food. Join in with the Silverbacks food for a day. Let us know any dietary requirements.
Chats
Q&A, talk things through and generally build connection and exchanges. 
Music
Play some tunes in the cosmic den. 
Any other ideas you can think of welcome - just let us know before or on the day.
 
You will also get your own Silverback Tarzan ‘Life is Good’ T-shirt to take home.
The date for the retreat days are flexible so that we can work it out when it fits for you and for us. We have good availability and the ticket is valid for a year.
